Our vision is to give our heads and hearts to start-ups and initiatives that add value to people’s lives, promote diversity of thought and contribute towards an inclusive New Zealand.

Splendiferous is a non-profit organisation promoting diversity and inclusion related initiatives and provides free support and advice for start-ups. Some of the services that can be highlighted are: 

•   Business advice; 

•   Coaching and mentoring, 

•   Connect people using professional networks; 

•   Shared design thinking; 

•   Support with online marketing;

•   Advocacy, support and endorsement of initiatives;

•   Provide confidence, encouragement and recognise positive progression; 

We empathise and understand so that we can personalise and stay fully focused on delivering a partner’s vision and not our own. We tell the story and so to retain the association of success gained in other initiatives as an enabler for others.
